Growing up in a rural area without grid supply but rather distributed power generation, taught me the importance of managing energy use efficiently.

Trained as process engineer and physicist, I was well on my way to make a career in the nuclear power industry. However, the first oil crises in 1973 and the subsequent debate about the risk of nuclear power technology throughout Germany, my country of origin, made me change course.

Energy efficiency and clean technology has become the heart of my business.

After more than 30 years in the consulting industry, I conclude – the efficient use of energy and the incorporation of clean technology is not only a profitable long term solution for my clients - it simply feels good.

I enjoy working across different countries and cultures towards the conversion to a sustainable future. As a member of several energy-related professional bodies I am fully committed to devote my knowledge and expertise towards this future.
